Meet Our Skilled Support Staff

Makenna grew up in the small town of Florence, Arizona. Makenna was adopted into a family landing her 13 siblings, she happens to be the baby! Makenna is currently studying at NAU to achieve a Bachelor's of Science in criminology and behavioral science.

Originally from Phoenix, Savannah moved to Flagstaff to live closer to the stars and nature. She loves drawing and crocheting in her free time. You can often find her cozied up with some coffee and her two cats, Chess and Sudoku when she's not at the clinic.

Laurie has been with Aspen Veterinary Clinic since 2014.She has extensive experience with breeding, training, and showing Arabian horses and specializes in client services, outreach, and scheduling. In her free time, she enjoys painting, writing, poetry and horseback riding.

Andrew grew up in Washington State. He graduated from NAU with a bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences and a minor in chemistry.

Cherish was born and raised in Flagstaff, with 1 sister and 2 brothers older than her, Cherish is the baby! She likes trying new things so is always looking for new hobbies. Cherish enjoys walking her 4 dogs: Pipper, Archie, Peggy Sue and Arabella and just being at home.

Dayton is currently working on a Bachelors Degree at NAU and loves learning about all things Biology. She enjoys reading, baking, knitting and hiking and spending time with her two cats, a tabby named Gonzo and a long-haired tuxedo named Tony.

Jeanne has been with Aspen Veterinary Clinic since 2022 and earned her CVT in 2004. She specializes in “everything equine” and in her free time enjoys riding horses, camping, gardening, and crocheting.

Katie joined our team at Aspen Veterinary Clinic in 2024 as a CSR with a goal of becoming an Assistant Technician. She has prior experience with animal care in a zoo setting. In her free time, she enjoys taking care of her collection of reptiles and amphibians, reading, and hiking.

Krissy has been with Aspen Veterinary Clinic since August of 2022 and has been in the animal care field since 1999.She is a CVT in Arizona and has extensive experience in veterinary emergency and critical care, behavior, as well as avian and exotic care.

Marissa has been with Aspen Veterinary Clinic since 2022. She is a Certified Veterinary Technician and has her bachelor's degree in wildlife biology as well as an associate's degree in veterinary medicine.

Michelle has been with Aspen Veterinary Clinic since June 2022. She studied at San Juan College as CVT/Veterinary Assistant and has been working in the animal care field since 2017. In her free time enjoys skateboarding and bead work.
