Dr. Jennifer Dickinson
DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Dickinson has been part of the Aspen Veterinary Clinic team since July 2022. She attended the University of Vermont for her undergraduate studies, where she majored in animal science. During her undergraduate career, Dr. Dickinson worked as a veterinary technician at a small animal hospital and an equine referral hospital. She also worked on an Alpine goat dairy! After spending most of her life in beautiful Vermont, Dr. Dickinson packed up and moved to sunny Arizona to attend Midwestern University, where she obtained her DVM and was the class' valedictorian.

When it comes to animal care services, she has a special interest in dentistry, small ruminant medicine and reproduction, and small animal medicine and soft tissue surgery. As a 4-H alumni, Dr. Dickinson also enjoys community outreach.

Outside of work, Dr. Dickinson enjoys horseback riding, hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, skiing, weight lifting/fitness, and country two-step dancing. She has driven cross-country a total of 6 times, and loves road trips!

Dr. Dickinson loves spending time with her furry (and scaley) kids: Maple, a snuggly rescue kitty, Peanut, her recent 16 year old chihuahua rescue who loves car rides, Jaeger, an 18 year old ball python, and Teddy, her Quarterhorse who loves hugs and treats.
